Interesting fact ---> Question of the day

Question of the day - which number we are referring to here

1. Its a perfect square (3 digit number - XYZ)
2. It has 2 more anagrams which are perfect square
3. Insert a number as its second digit - And you get a perfect cube! (XAYZ)
4. Anagrams of XAYZ - Two of them again - They are also perfect square!

  1. I started off with 169/196 combination because I knew they're both perfect squares. Turns out 961 is too.

    So,

    XYZ = 961

    Now, 9261 is a perfect cube.

    Now, using the tried and tested technique called trial and error -

    1296 is a perfect square.
    And..

    9216 is a perfect square too!

    Woohoo!
