Interesting Facts ----> 40 - Multiplication of two digit squares

This is an interesting way to find squares of two digit numbers - Need to test it for all combinations though but works for quite a few of them so far whatever I have tested :)

  70    (5+5) * 7 or (7+7) * 5 ----> Note the way 70 is written below the first line
