Additional information. The last clue is the unique property of this number - the first one among 4 digit numbers to exhibit this with respect to its factors. Also (ABCD) + (17 ^ 2) is again a perfect square!!! I will publish the answer later today

0225 is a perfect square (this was a crucial clue as if the anagram is 3 digit then one of the digits of the original number should be zero)
2520 is the first 4 digit number which has factors from 1 to 10
2520 + 81 = 2601, 2520 + 289 = 2809
